Real-Life Paper Doll with 9 Paper Cutouts Inspired by Iconic FashionDesigns

Ajax Lee is a photographer who has always been interested by fashion. As each photoshoot is focused on the clothing, he decided to make a shoot with paper clothes to renew the genre. His pop and colorful series Reality Paper Doll took him 4 months of research and study of the fashion design history. He chose a selection of iconic pieces, from the 30’s to the 2010 era, including the Lobster Dress by Elsa Schiaparelli, the Mondrian Dress by Yves Saint Laurent and an outfit by Viktor & Rolf. He recreated them in 2D paper with the same attaches as the dolls we used to dress up.
