Answer: lots and lots of pubic hair from strangers over social media. It took six months, gallons of sterilizing fluid, and hundreds of sticks of hot glue. She is hoping to get £10,000. Any takers?

5A beer dress...?!

A beer dress...?!

Don't try to drink it, though.
Mmmm…beer.
Believe it or not, this fluffy little number was made from the same fermentation process used to make beer. The fabric is officially called Nanollose Microbial Cellulose and was a collaboration between scientist Gary Cass and visual artist Donna Franklin. The texture is very similar to cotton, and the pair hopes it will one day be a viable alternative to other less eco-friendly materials.

Dress made of 254 American Express credit cards

Don't leave home without it?
Back in 1995, costume designer Lizzy Gardiner won the Academy Award for her work on Priscilla, Queen of the Desert. One of her creations for the film was a dress made of 254 expired American Express Gold cards, but it never made the final cut. However, Gardinier decided to wear the plastic gown to the ceremony. American Express ended up featuring her in several ads, but the dress itself was poorly received and has been voted one of the worst Oscar dresses of all time. (She auctioned off the dress for $12,650 and donated the money to AIDS research.)

Entire Courtroom Dresses As Disney Characters For 5-Year-Old Girl’s Adoption Hearing

Courtrooms are rarely fun places. Or so I imagine. But for five-year-old Danielle Koning, the courtroom just became the most awesome place ever. Because when she arrived for her adoption hearing, she didn’t find a room full of stuffy people wearing stale suits and stern expressions. She found a room full of Disney princesses.

The lucky little girl from Grand Rapids, Michigan had been living with her foster parents Sarah and Jim Koning since 2014, and last week the family attended their final court hearing to adopt Danielle and another little girl. To make the day as special as possible, her foster care worker came up with the idea to dress everybody as characters from Disney movies. And as you can see, the result is pretty special indeed. Even the judge got involved!

Laura Mitchell, executive director for Samaritas Foster Care Program, told ABC News: “It’s obviously a very meaningful day. The hearing is definitely a celebration that the kids now have forever families. And it shows the love and compassion that our case workers have.”
