The bricklayer hasn't gained any strength and is only able to lift normal weights.
De Souza injected himself with the conconction for two months in his attempt to become the top dog at his gym in Olinda, a city on the country's northeastern coast. 25 Facts About Ancient Egyptian Gods That You Probably Didn’t Know

Ancient Egyptians were some of the most religious people to inhabit the Earth. Because their knowledge was only a sliver of what we know today, they feared many things and had a strong belief in the supernatural. From this belief sprang a host of Ancient Egyptian gods. If there was a situation or a place which could have its own god, more likely than not there was one. While most of the deities were local presences, some such as Ra, Osiris, and Thoth were elevated to a national stage.

In this list, we’ve dug up – well, not literally; we’ll leave that for the archaeologists and grave robbers – these fascinating facts about the Ancient Egyptian gods and religious systems. Religion in Ancient Egypt wasn’t so different from religion today with its focus on doing good and earning a place in the afterlife. Though it may seem complex and extensive, the religion was rather flexible, evolving based on the personal practices of the ruling Pharaoh. Egyptian gods often had both human and animistic traits, making them quite memorable and recognizable. Find out some of the amazing things we know about the Ancient Egyptians in this list of 25 Facts About Ancient Egyptian Gods That You Probably Didn’t Know.

I Paint Miniature Watercolors To Show That Beauty Is In The Little

I Paint Miniature Watercolors To Show That Beauty Is In The Little Things

I've been interested in art ever since I was young - taking art classes throughout school, camps during the summer, and practicing in my free time. Now that I've reached the ripe old age of twenty, I've decided to try to take my hobby to the next level.
My first set of miniature watercolor paintings was created in secret - Christmas gifts for my family. They had fallen in love with these gifts - the looks on their faces had made me feel alive again. Their happiness and joy brought me back into the world of art. These miniatures would be the first step in branching out into the realm of sharing my work- something I've never been comfortable with doing.
To liven up the photographs that I share on social media, I began adding fun props for size comparison. Something as simple as a coffee bean would show how small my works really were.
Today, I am in love with art. I love the challenge of creating these teeny tiny pieces with watercolors. So I press on- creating new works every day- with my new found love. I'm turning my hobby into my career- and trying to make my artistic dreams come true.

Mount Conner: The Rock That Fools You

One of Australia’s most recognizable natural icon is a large sandstone rock formation called Ayer’s Rock or Uluru, located about 450 km away from the town of Alice Springs, in Northern Territory. Every year more than a quarter of a million tourists drive down the road from Alice Springs to visit the famous rock and its cousin Kata Tjuta. At some point during the long drive, the high profile of a large rocky mountain appears on the horizon. An excitement surges through the travellers who believe they have spotted the famous Uluru. After a flurry of photos, it eventually dawns on most of them that this rock actually looks quite different from Uluru's famous silhouette.

This rocky mountain that visitors encounter on their way to the Uluru-Kata Tjuṯa National Park is the lesser known Mount Conner. Locals sometimes call it “Fooluru” (or “Fuluru”) because it is known to fool tourists.

Shopping Over Water: Bridges That Carry Markets, France

Back in the old days, one of the easiest way to raise money for a bridge’s maintenance was to rent space over the bridge to merchants and shopkeepers. Today, only four such bridges exist in the world. Update: Apparently, there are a few more. Pont des Marchands in Narbonne, France, is one example.

Ponte Vecchio, Florence

The Ponte Vecchio or the “Old Bridge” over the Arno River, in Florence, Italy, is one of the most iconic medieval bridges. The bridge has been home to shops across its span since the 13th century. Merchants would sell their goods on tables after receiving approval to do so from the proper authorities. When a merchant couldn’t pay his debts, the table on which he sold his wares (the "banco") was physically broken ("rotto") by soldiers, effectively shutting down their business. This practice was called "bancorotto" and is believed that the economic concept of bankruptcy originated here.

15+ Couples Recreating Their Old Photos Prove That True Love Is Forever

Getting older is something that nobody can avoid (except for vampires. Obviously). It happens to us all. But love never grows old. Well ok, maybe it does for some, but not for the loving couples in these pictures. while they may have aged in a physical sense, their love for each other still seems as young as the day that they first met. The pictures seek to remind us that although many things become harder with age (breakdancing. Long-haul flights. Hearing. Throwing tantrums in public. Walking. Sliding on your knees across a dance floor. The list goes on), one thing remains easy, and that's the ability to love.

Have you and your significant other recreated any pictures from your youth? Then share them in the list below and remember to vote for your favorite!
