Blue Dragon - Glaucus Atlanticus
Native to temperate and tropical waters (its homes include East and South Coast of South Africa, Europe, East coast of Australia and Mozambique), the Blue Dragon is commonly known as a blue sea slug, but the name "Blue Dragon" sounds so much cooler. Calling it the Blue Dragon from now on, this creature actually eats poisonous creatures such as the Portuguese Man O' War (a jellyfish-like animal whose venom can kill people on rare occasion).Because of their, shall we say, exotic diet, Blue Dragons carry a great deal of venom in their bodies, a person who is unfortunate enough to pick one up will receive a very nasty sting that will hurt for a day or two afterwards. This is part of the reason why I will never swim in open water. Ever.
