Yolanda Hadid, 54 years old

Yolanda, mother of the famous Gigi and Bella Hadid, has had a very difficult life. Among the troubles that she’s faced are a few illnesses, a really hard divorce, and a tough childhood. However, despite all of this, Yolanda manages to find harmony with the world. In her interviews, she says that she coped with all the trouble because she had just one goal: raising her children. Now that she’s done it successfully, Yolanda can enjoy her life. She loves horseriding, snowboarding, and yoga.

Sharron Davis is an Olympic swimming champion, and she won a silver medal in 1980.
“I often hear that with age the metabolism slows down. For me personally, it’s like what was first — the chicken or the egg? If you change your lifestyle and live a passive life, then your metabolism will naturally slow down. Stay active, and move a lot. You’ll be fine.”

Sharon Stone, 59 years old

“Oh my God, not the question about my secrets again... I rarely have enough free time just to have a proper bath. I use great skin creams and try not to forget to shave my legs. I love doing sports, and I think that it’s one of the main keys to being healthy. I dance all the time. I do yoga, pilates, I play with my kids, ride a horse, often go to the beach — I do whatever it takes just to move,” Stone told Haute Living magazine. “I believe that if you stay true to yourself and you are kind to other people, you become prettier with age.”

Jane Seymour, 66 years old

“The secret of my youth is good genes, the right diet, and the fact that I have no bad habits. And I use only rainwater to wash my hair. It makes it very shiny. However, once photographers told me that they were tired of hiding the bags under my eyes, so I just asked surgeons to remove them.”

Andie MacDowell, 59 years old

“At the age of 50, you can look like you are 25 years old only if you enjoy your life.”
This is what Andie MacDowell says and does: she lives on her ranch and spends a lot of time horseriding in beautiful nature. The celebrity does breathing exercises every morning. She also does yoga and visits the gym.

Yasmina Rossi, 62 years old

“My body is my teacher. I am sure that all it takes to lose weight is to run every day and eat healthy food. You don’t need any strict diets or any hard physical exercises. I listen to my body. Sometimes, the body needs to be lazy, and I give it a good rest: I eat anything I want (almost), and I do yoga. If I don’t let my body relax, it will stop me with an illness or a cold. I never understood it when I was young, but now I listen to my body and respect it,” Yasmina, a wise woman, says on her Instagram page.

Christie Brinkley, 64 years old

“In the beginning of my path, I did a lot of experiments with diets: I tried drinking juices and eating food of only one kind, eating a grapefruit before an ordinary meal... All these things simply don’t work. There is only one thing that is useful: having a healthy and balanced diet,” says Christie in her interview.

Susan Lucci, 71 years old

When Susan Lucci is asked questions about the proverbial youth secrets, she answers, “These are the things that everyone knows about: healthy food and physical exercises! I have been doing pilates for 18 years now. It has become my religion.”

Ernestine Shepherd, 81 years old

Ernestine Shepherd is the only 81-year-old bodybuilder in the world today. When Ernestine was already quite old, she decided to lose some extra pounds because she wanted to like her image in the mirror. She went to the gym, and that’s how it all started. Now she is a bodybuilder who is in the Guinness World Records as “the oldest bodybuilder in the world.”
Her schedule is very inspiring: she wakes at 2:30 a.m. and says prayers from the Bible. Her diet is 1,700 calories a day and includes boiled egg whites, chicken, vegetables, and an egg-white drink. She also runs around 80 miles a week and doesn’t take any nutritional supplements.
